We understand that the service we provide is only as good as the quality of the staff who deliver it, and the training and support they receive.

Lisieux Trust supports people to live in their own homes and to follow their interests. We use a person-centred approach to develop and sustain creative, responsive, high quality reliable services for the people we support and for our workers. The people we support need committed people who want to develop their skills and who can work flexibly and creatively within our organisations aims and principles.

Staff working for Lisieux Trust are expected to work a shift system, including evening and weekends with occasional ‘sleep in’ shifts (dependent on the project requirements).

All staff recruited by Lisieux Trust are subject to thorough checks prior to commencing employment, with everyone being stringently interviewed, and providing us with proof of identity.

We ensure that all staff undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring check (DBS)

All references are checked to ensure validity.
