Lisieux Trust provides residential care and supported housing to people with learning disabilities based in and around the Birmingham area.

We are currently looking to appoint the following:

Job Title: HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

Job Description: We are seeking a Head of Development to join our senior management team. Salary 38,000 per annum plus benefits package. 35 hours per week. This is a new post created to support the delivery of our 2019-2022 strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and working alongside the Head of Finance and Deputy Chief Executive, the postholder will be responsible for bringing market intelligence into the organisation and then using this knowledge to pursue opportunities for growth and internal improvements. They will also project manage the design and implementation of a new brand and new communications activity, including an updated website. Job Title: FINANCE OFFICER

Job Description: You must be highly numerate with good attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines, be able to work on your own initiative and be well-organised. You should be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Good IT knowledge will be required, including advanced excel skills and experience of Sage 50 accounts and payroll. Hours of work: 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.30am until 4.00pm (1/2 unpaid lunch break)

Job Title: SUPPORT WORKER

Job Description: We are looking for candidates who are kind, honest, reliable, organised and good listeners. Experience in a care environment is beneficial but not essential. In this role you will provide support to adults with learning disabilities with aspects of their daily live such as leisure activities, hobbies, mealtimes, taking medication, washing and dressing, shopping, seeing family and dealing with money. Salary: 8.03 per hour. Sleep-in shifts will also be required and are paid at 62.64 per night (11pm to 7am) Hours: Permanent contracts available from 16 hours per week to 20 hours per week. Bank contracts also available. Working times are varied as hours are required to support residents and tenants 24 hours a day. You will work on a rota basis throughout the week; including bank holidays and weekends. An enhanced DBS will be required.

Job Title: BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Job Description: Lisieux Trust is a charitable organisation which supports adults with learning disabilities within their own homes. The governing body of Lisieux Trust is the Board of Directors. Our Directors are responsible for controlling the management and administration of the charity, in accordance with the organisational Mission Statement and its Aims and Objectives. Lisieux Trust Board members have experience in a variety of working professions and are united by their wish to create positive change in society. All Directors serve as volunteers. We are seeking new Directors to join the Board and guide the strategic direction, governance and development of our respected charity. The role requires someone with strategic vision, dedicated and passionate for the welfare of adults with learning disabilities. The Board meetings are held each quarter, usually in central Birmingham.
