Lisieux Trust provides residential care and supported housing to people with learning disabilities based in and around the Birmingham area.

We are currently looking to appoint the following:

Job Title: CLEANER/SUPPORT WORKER

Job Description: The Cleaner/Support Worker will develop routines to ensure all areas of Lisieux Trust properties are maintained to high standard of cleanliness, health and hygiene. Where possible, you will work alongside residents assisting them in developing skills around cleaning, health and hygiene and basic meal preparation. Hours of Work: 20 hours per week, working 10.00am until 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. Salary: 7.50 per hour with exceptional benefits.

Job Title: BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Job Description: Lisieux Trust is a charitable organisation which supports adults with learning disabilities within their own homes. The governing body of Lisieux Trust is the Board of Directors. Our Directors are responsible for controlling the management and administration of the charity, in accordance with the organisational Mission Statement and its Aims and Objectives. Lisieux Trust Board members have experience in a variety of working professions and are united by their wish to create positive change in society. All Directors serve as volunteers. We are seeking new Directors to join the Board and guide the strategic direction, governance and development of our respected charity. The role requires someone with strategic vision, dedicated and passionate for the welfare of adults with learning disabilities. The Board meetings are held each quarter, usually in central Birmingham.

Job Title: SUPPORT WORKERS

Job Description: You will need some experience of working with people with learning disabilities, and be able to demonstrate an ability to assist individuals live independently in the community. Support Workers are required to work variable shift patterns including weekend work and sleep in shifts. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced DBS check. Salary: 7.50 per hour with exceptional benefits and occasional sleep in shifts at 60.00 per night.
