Staff Forum Takes Place

A key point of the Trust’s ethos is open dialogue and opportunity for everyone to get their voices heard and –  most importantly be listened to.

Part of that involves regular staff forums, where representatives of each of our houses come and bring concerns forward.

The most recent one was last week and a number of things were brought up. There was an overwhelmingly positive atmosphere this month, as everyone was thanked for their part in the incredibly successful pantomime.

In addition, there was an opportunity for Head Office staff to talk to the staff about some Trust wide training that is happening right now.

Lisieux Trust is a Trustee-governed registered charity, dedicated to enriching the lives of learning-disabled and autistic adults. Although our services predominantly include residential and supported living care and accommodation, we provide so much more than a home for our people. We champion the idea of learning-disabled people and autistic people living meaningful lives, so we do everything we can to help them claim their future and independence.

The quality of the services we provide, and the integrity with which we provide them, sets us apart from our competition and truly differentiates us from others in our sector.  We rely on the knowledge, skill, and hard work of our employees to uphold this reputation for excellence.

In order for us to continue to offer the highest quality standards, it is essential that we all share the same values in the way we approach and perform both our individual and collective duties and responsibilities, and this regular dialogue is a key pillar of this.
