CEO Speaks At Virtual Event
Lisieux Trust Chief Executive Officer. Jess Alsop-Greenacre was recently invited to be a panelist for a conference on Entering the World of Charities.
The virtual all-day event brought together many influential figures from the World of Charities and Jess was able to make a valuable contribution from the perspective of someone with a wealth of experience in working with people with Learning Disabilities and People with Autism.
Here she is talking about her experiences and thoughts on being a leader in the third sector (picture above).
‘It was a fantastic opportunity to meet and talk with other leaders in the sector,” said Jess. She elaborated that the event was a vital exchange: “Sharing our experiences highlighted the incredible opportunities available to people who want to join the sector. I thoroughly enjoyed it and welcomed the opportunity to be part of this really informative day.’
Senior Managers in the Trust are often asked to contribute in such a way, given our reputation for being at the forefront of Person-Centered Care – and we have been delighted to support a number of Residents and Tenants who, over the last few months, have been able to give their personal experiences to help and inform others to make improvements.
