Forum’s A Vital Part Of The Trust Culture
Over two lively days, Lisieux Trust held its Residents and Tenants Forum alongside the Staff Forum, giving everyone across the Trust a platform to share their voices.
The first day focused on residents and tenants, who came together in their steering group to speak not only for themselves but also on behalf of their peers. They shared ideas, highlighted achievements, and raised concerns in a supportive and open environment. This ensured that the collective experiences of people supported by the Trust were heard and valued.
The following day, it was the turn of staff to gather for their own forum. Colleagues from across services came together to discuss their roles, share feedback, and offer suggestions for improvements. The session gave staff an opportunity to reflect on the work they do every day, celebrating what is going well and constructively addressing areas that could be developed further.
Both meetings were chaired by Senior Management. Intermin CEO on Wednesday and Alilson, Head of Operations, looked after the staff, to make sure every voice had the chance to be heard.

These forums are part of Lisieux Trust’s culture of openness and transparency, which also includes the annual Satisfaction Survey. If you haven’t yet filled in your response, there is still time — the survey closes on 31st August, so don’t miss the chance to have your say.
