Forums To Provide Valuable Feedback To Board
At Lisieux Trust, open and honest communication is at the heart of everything we do. We’re proud to share that our quarterly forums—held for staff, Residents and Tenants, and Families and Friends—continue to play a vital role in strengthening that culture of openness across the organisation.
The forums, chaired by our Interim CEO Susan Hoath, provide a valuable opportunity for everyone connected with Lisieux Trust to share their thoughts, raise concerns, and highlight what’s working well. At the same time, they offer a platform for the senior management team to communicate directly with our community, giving updates, answering questions, and listening first-hand to feedback.

To enhance their impact, the timing of these forums has recently been adjusted to align with Lisieux Trust Board meetings. This change means that Susan can take the views and issues raised directly to the Trustees, ensuring that the voices of staff, residents, tenants, and families are heard at the highest level of the organisation.
These forums are more than just meetings—they are a cornerstone of the Trust’s commitment to transparency, respect, choice and collaboration. We remain dedicated to ensuring that every person who is part of the Lisieux Trust community feels valued, heard, and involved.
