Help Us Shape The Future Of The Trust
Lisieux Trust is seeking passionate, values-driven individuals to join our Board of Trustees—an exciting opportunity to contribute to a charity making a meaningful difference in the lives of learning-disabled adults and adults on the autism spectrum.
We are proud to offer far more than just residential and supported living accommodation. With eleven homes across Northeast Birmingham, Lisieux Trust is a place where people are empowered to lead independent, fulfilling lives. We champion individuality, choice, and aspiration—supporting each person we work with to live life on their own terms.
We’re now inviting applications for new Trustees and a Chair-Elect who can bring fresh perspectives, strategic insight, and a genuine commitment to our mission.
“As we look to the future, we’re excited to welcome new leaders who share our passion for inclusion, empowerment and quality support,” says Susan Hoath, Interim CEO of Lisieux Trust. “This is more than a governance role—it’s a chance to be part of something meaningful.”
Susan adds: “We believe that diverse experiences strengthen our leadership and ensure that decisions are made with empathy, insight, and relevance.”
While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, we’re especially interested in individuals with experience in health and social care delivery or commissioning, safeguarding and human resources, strategic service provision and regulated care, charity governance, or fundraising and marketing. But above all, we’re looking for people who demonstrate commitment, integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
If you’re values-based and ready to take on a rewarding and influential role, we encourage you to get in touch. Interested candidates should contact Will Worthington at Morgan Hunt, our retained partner, to request the candidate pack and arrange a briefing call. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

If you feel it could be you, then Will’s details can be found on the Trust website homepage www.lisieuxtrust.org.uk, where you can also find more about the work of the Trustees.
