Jade Shines at National Care Awards Finals
Jade Taylor, Support Worker at Lisieux House, had an incredible experience on Friday night as she represented Lisieux Trust at the national finals of the Care Awards. She was accompanied by Senior Support Worker Charlie Anne and Registered Manager Marie Brown for the exciting evening, which celebrated outstanding achievements in care across the country.
The awards were hosted by Steve Walls, who entertained the audience by comparing last year’s Lisieux Trust talent show to his favourite TV moments, alongside TV star Ben Shephard. Jade was invited to the finals after being named Best Newcomer at the Midlands Regional Care Awards — a huge achievement and a proud moment for everyone at Lisieux House.
Although Jade didn’t take home a national award this time, her journey to the finals is a testament to her dedication and the positive impact she has on residents every single day. Her manager, Marie Brown, said: “Although Jade didn’t win, I am super, super proud of her for winning at the Regionals and everything she and the rest of the team at Lisieux House do every single day.”
Being shortlisted at the national level highlights the exceptional care and passion Jade brings to her role — and reflects the dedication of all Lisieux Trust staff who go above and beyond for the people they support.
