Residents from Lisieux Trust were warmly welcomed at the Ebrook Day Centre Summer Concert, where they once again shone on stage alongside the talented cast. The afternoon was filled with music, laughter, and community spirit, and our residents were right at the heart of the celebrations.

Steven reprised his much-loved role from our own Talent Show, stepping into the shoes of Freddie Mercury to perform The Great Pretender.  performance drew smiles and applause from everyone present, proving once more that he is a natural entertainer.

Maura, who has been a proud member of the Ebrook community for nearly 50 years, took to the stage alongside Peter, joining in with the chorus numbers. Their joy and enthusiasm were plain to see as they sang along with the rest of the cast, contributing to the uplifting atmosphere of the day.

Wanda (below in the yellow) enjoyed the concert from the audience, watching as her friends performed. The event was a true celebration of inclusion and talent, with each resident playing their part.

Marketing and Communications Officer Andy Thorley, who attended, was delighted to be there and added:
“It was uplifting and brilliant to see – we are all proud of Steven, Maura, and Peter.”
