Lisieux Trust Talent Show 2026: A Celebration of Talent, Confidence and Community

The Lisieux Trust Talent Show 2026 was a fantastic celebration of talent, confidence and community spirit. Held at Hollyfields Sports and Conference Centre, the event brought together residents, tenants, staff and supporters for an afternoon full of music, fun and positivity.

The show featured an incredible line-up of performers, each bringing their own personality and passion to the stage. From classic singalongs to powerful ballads and musical theatre favourites, the audience was treated to a wide range of performances that had everyone cheering and clapping along.

Residents from Francis House performed “Sweet Caroline” using Makaton, making the song fully inclusive and engaging for everyone. Mark and Zena performed a duet of “Islands in the Stream”, and Gayle  performed “Dancing Queen”, adding variety and energy to the evening.

Other performers also impressed the audience with their talent and energy. Nick gave a fantastic rendition of “Suspicious Minds”, and Duncan performed “Homely Girl”. Laura sang “Viva Forever”, Ade performed “The Way You Make Me Feel”, and Zoe brought great energy with “Red Red Wine”.

Some truly moving performances were also highlights of the afternoon. Nick performed the emotional classic “Angels”, Jack delivered a powerful version of “The Sound of Silence” (Disturbed version), Rosa performed “True Colours”, and Amy sang “Flying Without Wings” beautifully.

Musical theatre had its moment on stage as well, with Michael performing a song from “A Chorus Line” and an energetic dance performance. The show finished in spectacular style with Jo performing “Circle of Life” from “The Lion King”, bringing the afternoon to a wonderful close.

The atmosphere throughout the event was full of encouragement, celebration, and joy. The Talent Show is a perfect example of the Lisieux Trust’s values in action — supporting people to express themselves, build confidence, celebrate individuality, and achieve positive outcomes.

Many of the performers spent weeks rehearsing and preparing for their moment on stage, and it was inspiring to see the pride and confidence everyone showed during their performances.

A huge thank you goes to the audience who came along to support the performers and created such a warm and encouraging atmosphere.

And the final thank you goes to the dedicated staff who supported residents and tenants throughout their rehearsals. Their encouragement, patience, and commitment helped every performer feel ready to step into the spotlight.

The Lisieux Trust Talent Show 2026 was a joyful celebration of creativity, confidence, and community — and we are already looking forward to next year’s show.
