Paul Takes on Sutton Fun Run for Lisieux Trust

Our Chair, Paul, is taking on the Royal Sutton Fun Run—an 8.5-mile challenge through Sutton Coldfield—to raise money for Lisieux Trust.

Paul’s connection to the Trust goes back nearly 40 years. He began volunteering at Lisieux House, our very first home, where he supported residents and staff and played a part in building the strong, caring community that still defines Lisieux Trust today. Those early experiences helped shape his understanding of what great support looks like—creating opportunities, encouraging independence, and helping people to live life on their own terms.

Since then, Paul has gone on to a successful career in further education and skills, including 14 years as a Chief Executive. But Lisieux Trust has always remained close to his heart.

Now, as Chair, he’s giving back in a new way. Taking on the Sutton Fun Run as part of his own fitness journey, Paul is raising funds to support the people at the heart of Lisieux Trust.

Every donation will help us continue creating opportunities, building confidence, and supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives.
