It truly was the end of an era this morning as Susan marked the completion of her year at the Trust with a surprise coffee morning that brought people together from across the organisation. Residents, Tenants, Trustees and staff gathered to wish Susan a fond farewell.

Tenant Amy (pictured with Susan) had written a special poem for Susan, it was a touching tribute to the impact Susan has made on her during her time at the Trust.

Jess, whose absence on maternity leave led to Susan stepping in and taking on her role for much of 2025, also shared her thanks. She spoke warmly about Susan’s dedication, support, and hard work, highlighting how seamlessly she stepped in during that time.

Susan herself reflected on her year with characteristic warmth, saying: “Thank you for my year at the Trust, I’ve had great fun.”

Everyone at the Trust would like to thank Susan for her commitment, positivity, and contribution, and we wish her every success and happiness for the future.
