Special Easter For One Of Our Houses
However well you did for presents and chocolate at Easter, there’s a real chance you didn’t do as well as the Residents in one of our houses.
They all got gifts plus there was a hot chocolate was set up in the kitchen, but Registered Manager, Lisa Powell takes up the story:
“There was a small amount of chocolate,” she said, as she was quick to stress the healthy aspects of what the staff did.
And in typical Lisieux Trust style, our staff went the extra mile, as Lisa adds: “{all of the Residents] had a gift that was personal to them. One had a ‘bee bag’, another had a new bag to keep all her diabetes equipment together and some rainbow-coloured spoons.”
As if to underline the thought that had gone into each gift, one got a car he likes, two more got a paint your own plat pot; as they both like crafting.
The two that have a sweet tooth, both had their favourite sweets and the last two had a pampering face pack to use, and a face pack, nail varnish and a small chocolate egg.

It is typical of the ethos of the Trust that each one had something personal rather than just something straight out of the box. That’s how we are proud to do it and always will.
