The best way to describe what Dennis does here at Lisieux Trust is…. Supporting the manager with meeting all expected standards set by CQC and the L/A. Ensuring the staff feel supported, and most importantly making sure the residents are safe, happy and supported to fulfil their individual potential.
A brief summary of Dennis background is… I have worked across a range of care settings over the last 30 years, in a range of different job positions, which has provided me with lots of different experiences, which have proved to not only help me in my job roles but also in everyday life.
Dennis is motivated to do what he does at Lisieux Trust because… Over the last few years, I have seen various media posts depicting the achievements of the residents/tenants, and clearly how happy they are in their daily lives. This inspires me to be part of a team to continue to build on what has been achieved.
In his spare time, Dennis loves… Watching sport (as my days of participation have long since passed), spending time with my partner, family and friends.
Three things on Dennis bucket list are… to win the lottery, become prime minister and to take over the world.
