She has been working in the care services for over 10 years with children, adults and families. She started as a support worker in children’s homes and then transferred to adult services and worked her way up through different companies from support worker, team leader, deputy manager to registered manager for a family assessment centre.
Hayley is motivated to do what she does at Lisieux Trust because…
She likes to help support people to be able to achieve the best. She enjoys seeing the tenants and residents having fun and enjoying themselves and seeing staff promote their independence. She enjoys visiting all the different houses and seeing what they have been up to.
