20 plus years working in the sector, mainly with adults with learning disabilities but also with mental health, profound physical disabilities and challenging behaviour across residential, supported living and domiciliary care.
Marie is motivated to do what she does at Lisieux Trust because… the small differences really matter. If I can prompt, encourage, and help teach individuals new skills and to have new experiences then I will leave this world knowing that I have made a small difference.
