The best way to describe what Michelle does here at Lisieux Trust is…. I look after our estate, making sure the buildings we call our homes are maintained and homely. I also lead on estate projects and support future plans for our estate.
A brief summary of Michelle’s background is… I managed a large commercial estate for a company that delivered PIP assessments for the Department of Work & Pensions. Before working in the estate world, I was a planning manager for Sainsbury’s supermarket.
Michelle is motivated to do what she does at Lisieux Trust because… Our residents and staff are inspiring.
In her spare time, Michelle loves… Spending time with my children, my partner and my family. I love to have a house full of people, cooking, eating and chatting. I am a keen swimmer and try to swim 3-4 times a week, which is a challenge whilst juggling responsibilities & work! I also love to travel whenever possible.
Three things on [names] bucket list are… To tour Italy, to learn to scuba dive or even just snorkel! And I’ve always fancied diving out of a plane! Bucket list or a bit bonkers! Not sure which!
