Trust Comes Together to Celebrate King Charles Iii Coronation

09 Jun 2023 | Category: News

The start of May saw communities and households come together to celebrate a moment in history as the official coronation of King Charles III took place in London.

The celebrations were no different here at Lisieux Trust, with many of our houses decorating their properties and joining in social activities.

We love the opportunity to get together with all our tenants and residents for a social gathering, and this event also provided the perfect opportunity for all our houses to get together at our head office in Erdington.

The Union Jack decorations were out in force, everything from bunting to paper plates and cups, hats, tablecloths, and posters.

It was a fantastic day full of lots of fun activities. We played a special game of Coronation bingo, held a raffle with some special British-themed prizes and enjoyed lots of delicious cake.

Our social events provide the perfect opportunity for all our residents and tenants to enjoy themselves and showcase their wonderful personalities. It’s a major part of the support we provide here at Lisieux Trust, where we focus on providing opportunities to thrive in their community.

As you can see from these pictures everyone really enjoyed themselves.
